Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high service levels to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist customers in selecting merchandise. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing cash transactions, resolving complaints, and performing operational tasks. Ability to multitask is essential, and strong customer service skills are required. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in Spanish.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
