Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides service to retail and installer customers, greets walk-in customers, assists with merchandise selection, and supports managers. Responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, processing transactions, handling exchanges and returns, maintaining inventory, and performing in-store services as permitted. Must possess customer-oriented skills, multitasking ability, and a strong understanding of automotive parts. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
