The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assists with various store tasks, and operates store test equipment after training. This role involves customer interaction, cash handling, and supporting store management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
