Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Operate brake lathe and test equipment, perform vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and execute daily operational tasks including stocking, cleaning, and inventory counts. Match alphanumeric sequences, manage image maker updates, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and support store management. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
