Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection and addressing customer inquiries over the phone. Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, maintaining cash drawer integrity, processing transactions, managing exchanges and returns, and addressing customer complaints. The position requires multitasking, alphanumeric matching ability, and a strong commitment to customer service. Candidates with automotive parts familiarity or ASE certification are preferred.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask and handle customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
