Job Summary
Parts Specialist responsible for delivering high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting store management with tasks, and supporting professional customers. Key duties include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing exchanges/returns, handling cash and card transactions, answering store calls, assisting with stock updates and planogram changes, operating store test equipment after training, and performing occasional deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Must provide friendly, professional service and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot). Experience with automotive parts, inventory management, and basic troubleshooting (e.g., batteries, wipers) is beneficial. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
