Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with exceptional service, assisting with merchandise selection and supporting management tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and performing various operational tasks such as managing inventory and assisting professional customers. The role also involves performing in-store services where permitted and possibly driving a delivery vehicle. Candidates should possess skills in multitasking, customer service, and familiarity with automotive parts, while desirability includes ASE certification and fluency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
