Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, support management in assigned tasks, and promote company customer service programs. Manage cash handling, process exchanges/returns, answer store phone inquiries, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items. Perform daily store operations including image maker and planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, inventory counts, and other duties. Operate store equipment after training; deliver in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlights) and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual (Spanish encouraged) and customer-focused with strong teamwork for a growing automotive parts retailer; opportunities for career growth within a promote-from-within culture. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask handling customers on the phone and in-store
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- O’Reilly Auto Parts knowledge or automotive parts cataloging familiarity (preferred)
- ASE certification (preferred)
