Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, maintaining image makers, processing returns, and performing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Match alphanumeric sequences, handle cash and credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. - Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
