Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to all customers, assist managers in serving professional customers, maintain cash drawer operations, and perform various daily operational tasks. Must be able to multitask and provide a friendly, professional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
