Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional retail and installer customer service, support store management, and assist with daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, managing cash drawers, handling exchanges and returns, and resolving customer complaints. Candidates should possess multitasking abilities and customer service skills. Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and ASE certification are desired along with fluency in Spanish. Drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- ASE certification
