Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with parts selection and premium recommendations. Follow and promote company customer service programs including the Low-Price Guarantee while resolving complaints and processing exchanges. Maintain the cash drawer, handle transactions, and complete image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when needed. Multitask between phone and store duties while matching alphanumeric sequences. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and familiarity with automotive parts desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
