Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to both retail and installer customers, greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, assist managers and installer service specialists, process calls and look up parts/quote prices, handle returns and exchanges, manage cash drawer and credit transactions, support planogram updates and daily store operations, operate brake lathe after training, perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries), and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged; opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits are highlighted by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask effectively—handle customers in-store and on the phone
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- ASE certification desirable
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired)
- Driving record meets company driving eligibility requirements
