Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and support customer interactions both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities include processing transactions, managing cash drawers, handling exchanges and returns, and addressing customer complaints. Candidates should demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities and possess knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and sales. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
