Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support store management with assigned tasks. Deliver excellent phone support, process transactions and exchanges, maintain cash drawer, and uphold company customer service programs. Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stock shelves, perform freight receival, inventory counts, and basic in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose issues). Occasional deliveries may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
