Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional installer service specialists with parts selection and recommendations. Maintain cash drawers, process credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment, perform vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between store and phone duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
