Parts Specialist

Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items. Process cash/credit transactions, exchanges and returns, handle customer complaints, and maintain a secure cash drawer. Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting/facing, cleaning, and other in-store duties. Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training; may drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Enjoy working with diverse customers; bilingual candidates encouraged. ASE certification is a desirable credential; the role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
