The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports customer service programs. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining cash drawer integrity, processing transactions, and performing in-store services where allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
