Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, conducting inventory cycle counts, and operating store test equipment. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
