Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Multitask between phone and store interactions while maintaining friendly, professional service. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
