Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides a high level of service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in merchandise selection. Responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting management, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, completing daily operational tasks, and driving a delivery vehicle when needed. Requirements include the ability to handle multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
