Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection and supporting store management with various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints, and performing daily operational duties like inventory management and merchandise returns. Additional tasks may involve operating store equipment and driving a delivery vehicle as needed. Required skills include customer service proficiency and multitasking abilities, while familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages is desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
