Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS follow customer service programs, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, support professional customers, process calls, look up parts and quote prices, handle cash/credit transactions, process exchanges/returns, address customer complaints, assist with stock updates/planogram tasks, perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries), occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed, and participate in training and company programs. Requires ability to multitask and deliver outstanding service; ASE certification and Spanish language skills are desirable.
