Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists in serving professional customers. Execute assigned company training, maintain and secure the cash drawer, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Perform daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. - Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
