Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with daily tasks, and promotes company service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, aiding professional customers, answering store calls, looking up parts and quotes, processing payments and returns, handling cash and credit transactions, resolving complaints, completing training, stocking shelves, performing planogram updates, receiving freight, operating store equipment after training, and occasional delivery when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and relevant sales/service experience is preferred, with ASE certification and multilingual abilities highly valued. The role emphasizes customer service, sales support, inventory tasks, and basic vehicle-related services.
