Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and ensure the effective operation of the store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing cash transactions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, participating in training, and maintaining store operations. Key skills required include strong customer service abilities, multitasking capability, and knowledge of automotive parts and services. This position also supports various in-store services and may involve some delivery tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
