Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and engage in various operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer, handling customer complaints, and performing in-store services. Compliance with company training and policies is essential. This role requires strong multitasking skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
