Job Summary
Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, and support store management. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, answering store calls, looking up parts and quoting prices, offering related items and the Low-Price Guarantee, maintaining cash drawer, processing exchanges/returns, resolving customer complaints, assisting with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, handling freight receival, and performing in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan trouble codes) as well as occasional delivery driving.
