Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, supports management, processes payments, handles exchanges/returns, maintains stock and planograms, operates store test equipment after training, and may perform occasional in-store deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, handling phone inquiries, upselling related items, resolving complaints, and contributing to daily operations and integrity of cash handling. Desirable: familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification. Emphasizes customer service, accuracy in pricing and quotes, and adherence to company policies; offers comprehensive benefits and a promote-from-within culture.
