Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with assigned tasks, and maintain a cash drawer while processing various transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, resolving complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. Skills required include strong customer service abilities, multitasking, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
