Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist managers, promote company service programs, maintain cash drawer security, handle customer transactions, process exchanges, and perform in-store services while supporting retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
