Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and assists store management. Responsibilities include customer interaction, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, handling returns, and performing in-store services like vehicle battery testing and installs, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
