Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with serving professional customers. Follow company customer service programs by accurately looking up parts, quoting prices, recommending items, and processing exchanges and returns. Maintain the cash drawer, handle transactions, and resolve complaints while completing daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate store test equipment and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
