Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-level service to both retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, resolving customer complaints, and completing assigned company training. Key duties include greeting customers warmly, managing cash transactions accurately, processing exchanges and returns, and performing various operational tasks. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
