The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and perform various operational tasks in accordance with company policies. Key responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, inventory management, and operating store test equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
