Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management, and must maintain cash drawer and stock merchandise. Responsibilities include greeting customers, phone support, processing returns, operating store equipment, and performing in-store services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
