Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional service customers with parts selection and quotes. Follow company customer service programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee while accurately processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the cash drawer, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve complaints in a friendly manner. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking, and cleaning tasks. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between store and phone duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
