Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, and supporting store management with assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, managing the cash drawer, addressing customer complaints, and performing in-store services. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and be capable of handling phone inquiries while assisting in-person customers. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and systems, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
