Job Summary
Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, handle exchanges/returns, process payments, maintain cash drawer, and support store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks. Role includes assisting professional customers, answering store calls, quoting prices, offering related items, and promoting company programs. Occasional in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes) and occasional delivery driving may be required. Candidate should be able to multitask, deliver outstanding customer service, and is encouraged to be bilingual (Spanish highly desired).
