Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; greet customers, assist with parts selection, look up prices and quote prices, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges/returns. Support store management with daily tasks, stock integrity, planogram updates, and occasional on-site servicing (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose vehicle systems). Operate brake lathe after training. Occasional deliveries may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification is a desirable credential. Strong focus on outstanding customer service, effective communication, and product knowledge to drive related selling and ensure a positive shopping experience.
