Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with merchandise selection, and handle phone inquiries by answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and manage exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram tasks including stocking, cleaning, and freight receival. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing, and drive delivery vehicles when needed. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
