Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and completing assigned company training. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, and addressing customer complaints. This role requires multitasking and engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone, while ensuring exceptional service. Candidates should be capable of managing cash transactions and rooming merchandise while performing operational tasks. A background in automotive parts and sales is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
