Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, and maintaining inventory through cycle counts. Handle cash and credit card transactions, process exchanges, and resolve customer complaints while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned duties. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
