Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining a cash drawer, processing transactions accurately, resolving customer complaints, and performing operational tasks such as inventory management and assistance with in-store services. Additionally, the role requires familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to multitask effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
