Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing cash and credit transactions, and managing exchanges or returns. Perform vehicle services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes, and operate brake lathe equipment after training. Complete assigned company training, maintain inventory through cycle counts, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
