Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist in merchandise selection, and support management in various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, handling exchanges and returns, addressing complaints, and performing inventory-related tasks. Required skills include the ability to multitask and offer professional customer service. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in Spanish.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
