Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, freight receival, stocking, cleaning, inventory counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Address customer complaints and complete assigned training. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
