Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and maintaining cash drawers. Candidates will complete required training and address customer complaints while performing operational tasks such as inventory counts and assisting with returns. Additional responsibilities include operating store test equipment and performing in-store services where permitted. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
