Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, promoting customer service programs, and addressing customer complaints. Key responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, assisting with inventory tasks, and performing in-store services compliant with local laws. Professional customer service and multitasking skills are essential, and familiarity with automotive parts is desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
