Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, and executing daily operational tasks like inventory counts and merchandise returns. The role requires the ability to multitask and provide professional phone service. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints are essential, along with potential responsibilities like operating store test equipment and making deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service background
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (highly desired: Spanish)
